Charlotte’s Web Early Childhood Center adheres to the State of Missouri requirements to provide teachers the opportunity for professional development of at least 12 credit hours each year.  Charlotte’s Web encourages all teachers to purse their Early Childhood Education degree if they have not completed yet upon employment and encourages continuing education in our field beyond what is required.
