Great nutrition without physical activity feels like a missing link to us.  We have at least one hour of physical play outside each day for each age group.  We will also tailor our activities to interactive activities without the assistance of screens.  We will limit screen time in the center to 30 minutes or less per week.  We are very excited to be making plans for an outside water play area we plan to add to the center in the summer of 2018, which will be adjoining our playground area and be able to be used when weather permits.
